IVYLAND, PA | 2022 GMC 1500 SierraApril 10, 2023My rating has nothing to do with the performance of the Fred Beans GMC personnel I dealt with in service. Both Matthew and the woman who I dealt with (I believe she's the cashier, I'm sorry I forget her name) were very professional. My problem is that my $75,000 GMC Denali has been a problem since the moment I bought it (From O'Neil in Warminster). For this service call, the weather stripping on the driver door is splitting and peeling away and the warranty was rejected by your service technicians. They say GM won't cover this. The vehicle is 4 months old and has 6000 miles on it. This is incredible (especially since I purchased the extended warranty). I've owned cars purchased from Fred Beans Ford in the past and have NEVER had anything but amazing service---I'm saddened that Fred Beans GMC can't get GMC to replace weather stripping that has split after only 4 months.Response from Fred Beans GMC
